That's not a troll, it's true.

You clearly don't have any idea what the mindset of oil companies are. Quebec's government is not Oil-friendly in the slightest, in fact Quebec has been linked to the NEP thanks to Trudeau and I'm not sure Oil companies would want to risk another whacko getting in power (and in Quebec, this is very likely) that would cost them billions of dollars.

Not when there are other hot markets to invest in...
