Armenians.
I think Sami and Lapp culture and the nations who are influenced by them (Finland Sweden Norway) could be the main reason n Europe has such a cold, stuffy, less-articulate personality profile compared with Europeans without this influence. Go to a party in Finland and then go to one In s. Italy, Romania, or Spain---huge difference! One rarely finds 75year ds partying like teenagers in n Europe, but in Latin Europe they often outdo the youngsters! |

Since Samis actually live in Europe despite having large Siberian admix my vote will have to go for them. If you would have asked who's more "white" then definitely Armenians. Saami are very likely one of the most genetically European people around. A genome-wide analysis of population structure in the Finnish Saami with implications for genetic association studies, Huyghe et al 2011. |
