Promoting Emmitt Thomas(DB Coach) over Hue Jackson(OC) and Mike Zimmer(DC) for the rest of the season.

Those guys might make good coaches some day, but the team is better served by having the same full time coordinators for the rest of the year that they started with.

His long standing tenure with the club probably made it an easy choice.

Though I do wish they would have promoted the WR coach....
