Gujarat Congress leaders Shankarsinh Vaghela and Arjun Modhvadia on Saturday began their fast as a counter to Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s three-day fast.
The Congress leaders launched their fast an hour before Mr. Modi’s fast which began at around 10 a.m.

In a country facing all kinds of problems the politicians supposed to put them in order are holding fasting competitions. Fasting now has become the biggest joke in India. Who ever invented fasting has not done India a favour.

Now we have 5-star fasting. How much public attention is being drawn to such comedies is unbelievable. How much taxpayer’s money is spent on such dramas may be interesting to know. God save India.
