I bought a case of that stuff once from a local Korean Market. Took it every day, thinking it would be some "good stuff". You can be fast and strong and still suck. True. Fast, strong, and a bad aim – now that’s deadly combination. |

Did they have it at the last one? I was thinking that with all the scanals going around, its going to be mandatory for all sports. Even Ping Pong!?! http://www.thecurrentonline.com/medi...rentonline.com |

There will be drug testing at the upcoming WKC. p.s. "Drug" is a.....very broad word, are we talking about performance inhancement supplement or "pharmaceutical drugs" ? |

AFAIK this will be the first WKC to have drug testing largely because it is a requirement of membership of GAISF. We all assume, because of the kendo's amateur status and the usually high standards of behaviour expected and delivered by most kendoka (a certain team captain being the glaring exception here), that drug use is non-existent in kendo.
It will be interesting to see who, if anyone, gets caught out. Of course it will be a very sad day the day the first kendoka tests positive. But it's not out of the question, especially with the degree of pressure on the lead kendo countries. Will it be one of those countries? Or will it be an outsider nation seeking to cause an upset? And I wonder whether FIK have a schedule of sanctions drawn up for any individual or team caught cheating, and if so, what they are. Kind of distasteful this line of thinking, but I suppose we should be realistic. b |

Additctive? Indeed. ...and I alarmingly have no idea why. ![]() No. Seriously. I am addicted to these silly-assed drinks. Kill me! Kill me nowwwwwwww! ![]() |
