As I previously wrote, after only two months that I restarted training in kendo I was selected for the team that last sunday in Bologna, up north from where I live, participated in the CIK Italian Kendo National Championships 2007.
And to tell you the truth something strange happened, something truely strange, because the day before yesterday I came back home with a piece of round metal hanging from my neck in a tricoloured ribbon. On the back it reads

"Campionati italiani C.I.K.
Squadre 3° classificato
Bologna 11 marzo 2007"



Sunday I learnt one more time that if you want to reach a goal then you have to believe in it with all of yourself and be ready to suffer and sacrifice until you don't reach it.

My new start in kendo couldn't have been better, even if I still lose my sleep thinking that we missed the final for only one point...
