your wife's site, not you ![]() I would like to try my hand at making the karaage, could you ask your wife (unless you already know the answers) some questions for me please. What kind of oil should be used for the frying? I tend to use Vegetable oil for most frying with occasional forages into Olive oil and peanut oil. In the part where she says to deep fry each side for 5 minutes I got a bit confused. The phrase "each side" suggests shallow fry where the pieces cook a side at a time (those bits that are actually in the heated oil) whereas deep fry tends to cook the pieces all over. Really sorry to sound like a pedant, and this is absolutely not my intention; just would like to do it right. cheers Lee |
