has anyone else been having problems with hotmail recently?

i cant read, send or delete my emails ...its quiet annoying....i can sign in and see if ive got emails in the inbox but then when i try to open them a message pops up saying :

"Please sign in again. To help protect your personal information, we periodically sign you out (for example, after 24 hours or when you sign in to a different account). Sign in again."

then when i click the link it takes me to a blank page. at first i thought "oh well i'll try again tommorrow" but that was a week ago.....msn messenger is working fine , its just the everything else thats not working.

any ideas people?
