Ooh I didn't know she was making a video for Heavy In Your Arms! It seems like she makes a new video every other weekend.

And it is supposedly free of cheesy vampire references, so that's good.

Those stills look interesting, I'm glad it won't have any overt Twilight stuff in it either.

Those acoustic tracks are great, especially Cosmic Love. Cosmic Love tends to be a song she always hits out of the park though. I wish she would do an acoustic version of Howl too, I think that'd be really interesting.

You know who I think Florence should write/co-write some songs for? Christina Aguilera. I'm not even kidding. Christina snarling her way through something like "Howl" would be EPICALLY good.

With the aim of subscribing to this thread I shall now dazzle you all with some slightly out of focus shots of Flo from Primavera Sound in Barcelona, where I saw her live a couple of weeks ago. She was great, of course, but you can only play the same songs to the same crowd a certain number of times, so hope she gets working on the new album soon...

Well, she's writing and recording it off and on all this year, apparently they've made some headway already...certainly not going to be out this year, she says, but 2011 almost definitely. That sounds right to me...I can't imagine that they'd wait until 2012 to release a new record, though long breaks are happening more and more often between first and second albums for some of these talented, breakout acts....

Strangeness and Charm is awesome. There's a REALLY high quality recording of it on YouTube...just search for the song + highest quality, it should pop up. Looking forward to hearing how it sounds on the new album.

I just got the LUNGS album about two weeks ago based on some YouTube videos. For me, it has taken several listens to like it--it improves--without fail--with each listen. I believe that will continue to happen.

It's just such a cohesive, breathtaking album. Here's hoping it's the first in a long line of amazing records from her.
