Default Live bootlegs thread
I need a place to get Bjork bootlegs -- Dimeadozen doesn't have much, and I'm having issues with the official site (haven't heard back from the mod yet.) Oh well, looks like we need a thread here anyway.

I'm especially interested in soundboard/TV/radio stuff. So far all I have is the Treptow 2003 gig.

What do you have? What's the best?

The first one that comes to mind is Union Chapel with the Brodsky Quartet. I have it somewhere, but I would love to find it in a better quality. I only have a handful of recordings, but I don't listen to them a lot. Two more that I remember are Berlin (2003) and Coachella in 2007.

As far as TV and radio is concerned, I remember listening to recordings of her performances from Canal and Maida Vale during the Medulla era. To be honest, I don't really know anything about Canal and Maida Vale! Are they TV shows? I just remember the titles. Pardon my ignorance!

Canal+ is a French TV channel, and Maida Vale is BBC's studio. The performances you're talking about were broadcast as "Album de la semaine" (on Canal+), and Gilles Peterson's show on BBC radio.

Yeah I downloaded the Gilles Peterson show (4 tracks from it anyway, apparently there were more) and was not that impressed. I guess it was a good performance but if the Medulla songs are being played live, I'd rather hear them with instruments. Pleasure is All Mine and Where is the Line from the Voltaic DVD are amazing.

I quite like the Orchard Hall, Tokyo show- it's from a TV broadcast. http://www.nme.com/nme-video/youtube/id/BHD-XJYYhDA
It's a much livelier show than Royal Opera House and I like that the audio mix is a little less glossy than the ROH version.

The place to go for B live shows is the 4UM

^ yeah I still can't register at the 4um, but I did find some nice bootleg collections on soulseek and of course a couple things on dime.

Can anyone make a quick list of some more soundboard bootlegs? I'm not really finding anything mentioned in the thread so far. EDIT: Except Union Chapel

Apparently - I keep getting this message:
The 4UM is currently under maintenance, and is therefore temporarily unavailable.
This will hopefully not take too long, so please return later.

Apparently - I keep getting this message:
Yeah, I'm getting it now, too, but it was just a blank page for me for a day or two. I guess I'll have to get the bootlegs in some other way.

I think I've already posted it in the Biophilia thread, but here are two best fan-recorded bootlegs from the current tour:

New York Hall of Science, Feb 12th: http://www.nyctaper.com/?p=8943
Roseland Ballroom, Feb 25th: http://www.nyctaper.com/?p=9114

The first one has You've Been Flirting Again, Isobel and Pagan Poetry.
The second one has Hidden Place, Sonnets/Unrealities XI, Where Is the Line and Possibly Maybe.
Other than that, the setlists are identical. The sound quality is superb for a non-soundboard boot. Enjoy!

I have the first one, and I must admit that I have been listening to it more than the actual album! Really great quality, I highly recommend it for those who haven't checked it out!

Still looking!

And I have another question!

W Festival in Sopot 2003 - one of the only soundboard shows from the 2003 tour (even if it is partial), but every source I've found has been mono. Surely this was broadcast on MTV in stereo?

BTW I can upload some of the bootlegs I've found over the weekend in flac! I'm not sure what site I'll use though, with megaupload being seized.
