I looked it up on the internet, and as far as I can tell, it refers to a narrowing of the heart arteries going from one extreme temperature to another. In other words, it pretty much is a heart attack...

I doubt opening a fridge after ironing would be able to cause it, but hey, in this heat anything can happen...

DV8, although I used to love sauna's, loads of people have suffered heart attacks in sauna's. That is why they recommend visiting a doctor before you use them...
