depends, what exam?
if it is for the residency: HIV, TB, drugs
if it is for a job: pregnancy test. of course they will cover it up asking to go to a certain lab and have tests for a job in xyz company. all ladies will be tested for a case of babies. there will also be tests for salmonella, amoebas and so on.
