August 7, 2008 New functions at S'pore's World Internet Activities By Brown Weizhen FOR the very first time, informal games like Hero three, Guitar, Fifa 2008 and cell phone games were released at the Planet Cyber Games (WCG), which started off at the Suntec Convention Centre on Thursday. Several players who play such games are creating a bid to signify Singapore in the WCG finals to be used in Germany later this season. At the cell phone games cubicle, contests were held during the day and everyone can participate in the program. For the very first time, there's also an environment of Warcraft trading section. The Singapore WCG was exposed by the CEO of Infocomm Improvement Authority of Singapore, Mr Ronnie Tay.
