If you've burnt part of the rice, the whole lot will taste like crap. Better off finding something else to eat (like pizza).

Nah, I had anoth pot to make the rice in - it was the cleaning that I'm most woried about - besides, I have two pieces of pork that I can't just trow away.

Oh. Cleaning burnt rice, that I can help with.

Scrape the worst of your burnt offerings out of the bottom of the pot, then soak the pot overnight with some dishwashing liquid. Then go after it with some steel wool in the morning.

Can't help you with what to do with the pork, about the only time I cook with meat is when I fry up some bacon for breakfast.

This is why I have a rice cooker. You can get a cheap one for like $20 and never burn rice again.
