Default [SERIOUS] Clever fools: Why a high IQ doesn't mean you're smart
So, how useful is IQ? Is it time for g to go?

Why would you claim this based on a fluff piece?

Aptitude/intelligence tests are generally found to be the single most powerful predictor of future performance for both students and employees.

These tests do not even come close to explaining all the variation between individuals' performances, but they do better than anything else. If and when you can come up with alternate measures which make the idea of general aptitude obsolete, then I'll be willing to hear you out on it.
