1 am to 9 am?

Just curious.

Anyway, my advice on sleeping:

Block out the window. Cardboard, whatever you can tape into it.

If noise is also an issue, you might have to learn to sleep with earplugs.

Above all else, though, get into a routine. Sleep from time A to time B. Your body will adjust to your routine.
