BTW: Where the heck were the parents?! This went on for 30 minutes. Who'd leave a 7-year-old unsupervised for a half hour in an enviroment where there are crocodiles?? The kid can't be prosecuted, but the parents can be sued.

Also, Zkrib is almost certainly right; this kid has been abused. If he hasn't, then he's brewing up a rip-roaring case of schizophrenia. Either way, the parents are guilty of neglect, and should lose custody. Not to mention an assload of cash.
