My first thought when I saw that story was:

"A Miracle has happened at a restaurant in Birnin Kebbi. Pilgrims have been flocking from miles around to witness it" (+1 +1 happy in city)

Rather then, one piece of meat could be reasonably considered odd... more than that and I certainly have a plausible explanation: intentional by (some) restaurant staff.
