If Starbuck was a cylon, she wouldn't have been selected for the program. IIRC, she did NOT have a baby. She was the focus of intense scrutiny by "Doctor" Simon on Caprica.

It would be a little too easy, however, for RDM to pick Starbuck as the Cylon. No, she's Human. Same with Felix Gaeta -- everyone and their brother has suspected him of being a toaster since the miniseries...which is why he won't be the last one, either.
