English translation: We torture people who aren't Americans. Essentially, everyone in Gitmo was a fighter for the terrorist Taliban regime. Hard to see how they are protected by the geneva convention or our own constitution.

It should be obvious that if we let everyone in Gitmo go free and revert back to pre-9/11 levels of intelligence, the country will be in more danger.
