It depends. If I put my complete name, Spanish way (name plus our two surnames) I am the first one in google. In fact, I am the only one in Google... But it is very likely that there is no other person in the world with my name. I have a relatively common Spanish surname as first surname, and a relatively common German surname as second surname, but the combination appears to be unique.

I'm pretty high, but what devastates me is that the first image to be found is of a guy that is not me and it's a really terrible picture http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/frown.gif

LOL, i'm #2 on the list, but only because of some random post I made on a listserv in 1998. My poly listing is 8th ... there are several people with my name, including some folks in North Carolina who run a series of gaming stores (but no legislation), and a musician that i've never heard of.

The top 53 results are all me, and 90 of the top 100.

Holy crap, I'm number 1 in Google. Damn LinkedIn. If you add quotes, there's only a single page of results, and they're all me.
But that's if you use old transliteration rules. If you use the new ones (aka the common ones), a hockey player occupies every page.

18th, with a link to a results page for a half marathon in 2001 (I came 78th out of a field of 112 males).

I rank 1st, and I think I score extra points for ranking above a much more famous Finnish person with the same name, a journalist and author. He's results 2-10. I even get some of his emails every now and then, because I have forename.surname@gmail.com and he has surname.forename@gmail.com.

Mind you, the only reason I rank first is that I've had a website with my name in the header but little else since ~2000.

If I search for my complete name though, I share most results with my father (same name, except I've got one more forename), and he has some for his own.
