Also, I like to think I'm a bit more open-minded than I was before, so I'd rather listen than spout bullshit.

That said, time for more of a fun/social poll. One thing I remember from my time on here, starting years ago (gosh, I must have been 17 or so when I first started posting), was that many of us had shitty personal lives. We couldn't get a girlfriend/get laid, we hated our jobs, we were big dorks, we were just misunderstood, etc. Now that we're all older and presumably wiser, I'm curious - do you consider your personal life to be better, worse, or the same, than it was 3 years ago? It's called adolescence. Everyone gets it. Most get over it.

My life is pretty much the same as 3 years ago... except I'm 3 years older. So I guess worse. Not that age has started to kick in much physically... but I'm closer to when it will.

Much better. Have a new job. Old plan is still working, so I'm just following it. Good plan it was/is.

Zoid, you should then let us know your problem, maybe we can give you good ideas and advices.

Also, think positive, stagnating is actually the ultimate moving of forward and backward at the same time.

........and I miss our Martial Arts debates David, of course now, I have had 2 surgeries from my auto accident and found out yesterday I have two more coming shortly to try to repair damage.

Life is good and heck, I can still talk about Martial arts even though am beyond "participation"

as for Adolesence, ~meh~ someone has to supervise us, great place to hunker down in!!!

My personal life is much better than it was 4 years ago (despite that I had no problems with finding someone to get laid and ****ed girls at will This is the luxury I don't have now).
Now I'm a functioning alcaholic who is absolutely happy in marriage.

'Course, I was a bit more of a lightweight back then, as I'm sure anyone in attendance can tell you (let's see, puking in the club one night, then switching to Smirnoff Ice the next day at the actual meetup because I couldn't hang with the men).

Get over here again, some of us need a bit of advance... in order to get £1 bus fares

Better in that I have another gf, and a beautiful daughter;
worse in that said gf is psychotic.

So all in all, about the same.
