And I and two other friends sat it through. But really, what pissed me off was that the whole movie was a real mess. It was impossible to get what was dream and what was reality, not to speak of what scene #12 had to do with #13, what #13 had to do with #14, etc. A real mess. But boy did we have some interesting talks the next weeks, months and years(well, almost) on what really had happened in that movie. Yeah, that's David Lynch for you. I think he's being deliberately cryptic, doing it for his own amusement. Seeing the audience and critics squirm when they try to understand his latest piece of 'art'...

Yeah, it's supposed to be good. But I haven't met one person so far that really liked it.

Would you shut it off or endure it to the end?

Ever walk out of a movie in the theatre? I'm too cheap... I'll change channels, yank the movie, walk out of the theater. Life is way too short to spend any of it miserable.

LOL they've had lots of bad films. Bout the only thing I like Chevy Chase in is the first few National Lampoon films. That was the role he was born into.

On TV - I'd change the channel as soon as I knew I didn't like it

Rental - I might give it a little longer than a free program, but I wouldn't finish watching a bad movie.

Theater - If I was by myself, I would walk out. But if I'm with somebody else who wants to watch it, I would take the opportunity to get a little sleep until the movie ends.
