I haven't heard of them before, but I'll check them out as long as they don't ram the 'God' message. I like a good bit of Metal.

Depends on what you mean by "rock." If you really mean "heavy metal" then you will have very slim pickings and I can't help you much since I don't listen to it.

In the category I would consider "rock" you should try Third Day.

I could think of some others but it doesn't matter much since you won't like the message no matter how good the music may be.

It doesn't classify as metal, but probably does as rock. But I do like SuperChick.

I can try out some of the ones suggested.

R&R is about rebellion. Good R&R played by the kids will ALWAYS piss off the parents.

"Christian Rock" is just so rebellious isn't it?

refer to the OT gospel:

That's like admitting you're doubly retarded...

Rock and Roll, like any music, is merely a reflection of the times. Rebelling for the sake of rebelling is kind of stupid.

Arent 'saviour machine' thought to be christian metal?
They are a weird band anyway..

The actual song begins at 2.00. Their lead singer really is mad.

...er, when did I endorse rebellion? I just said that it would qualify as rebellion if your parents were atheists/secular/christians with decent taste in music. I'd be glad to hold one of those neverending feuds with you, just to liven up the forum a bit now Asher's gone, but you're going to need to hold up your end a bit better. Or acquire reading comprehension skills.

Well, yes, if you say random, moronic things. I am infuriated by gibberish. The ability to babble nonsense is nothing to be proud of, Moby.

This place would become so much better if people could stop acting like children teasing and bullying the others, and start growing up.

Yeah, I can see how you’d want to forget your embarrassing outbursts in the Holy Cow thread where you called me such things as a giant sphincter, butt-raper, defective human being, uniquely horrible, total bigot, thoroughly vile etc, etc. Which I took very graciously…

In the IB thread, you on the other hand launched into why classic movies your dad tells to watch suck (on top of his bad taste in music apparently), and embarked on what has to be one of the most singularly ignorant and moronic summaries of why you don’t like Citizen Kane, which as well as having no place in a thread to Bergman’s memory virtually implied you’d think the film of his your dad recommended would suck too – very classy…

I made a mildly sarcastic comment, which was treating you very kindly under the disrespectful circumstances you presented and you spat your dummy out and threw a tantrum. Again…

I'm just setting the record straight over Elok's warped sense of reality. Now that he's run away behind the ignore list, I'm happy to let the subject rest and say no further of it.

Now, about those Christian rock bands...
