again, the charges in both examples have come from the personal part of the supposed "attack"... I don't think I've ever seen a case where somebody has been arrested for simply wishing somebody was dead... or thinking they should be killed.
I've heard many such things against politicians in the past, and yet have never heard of somebody being arrested for it.

So again... post the law that you think he broke.
