Default Officers converge on enraged teen after sentencing. See the disturbing video.
Hi Slowwy.

I'm not taking his side, but he isn't a teen. And it is BS the article is labeling him as such. If he is getting the death penalty then he is an adult, so he should be called an enraged adult.

The only thing I found "disturbing" about that video is the fact we still HAVE the death penalty in this country.

It looked like a situation that could have gotten massively out of hand but was very controlled.

Like someone stated, he got nothing to loose. He could have very easily gone for a gun and started to shoot (One of the reason's I am against firearms in a court room. Don't let them in, but keep an armed officer just outside the room).

Also, he should have been cuffed and shackled. He was already convicted, this was his sentencing hearing. They knew what he was facing and should have taken proper precautions.

Blaze of glory?

You raped and kill someone you stupid ****.

Have to say had I heard that sentencing I wouldn't have understood what was happening to me. Monotonal and without any pauses for breadth...pfft, I'd have demanded some more theatrics.

Officers converge on enraged teen after sentencing

With that murderous record of his and such an incredible temper, Dexter Johnson will probably last longer on the Row than he would've on the outside. The average in Texas is, what, 8-10 years? With a little luck, he might yet make it to thirty, yay.
