Default Judge: File sharing worse than national security leaks
If he is not allowed to remain free pending appeal the pressure will be on Bush for an early pardon rather than later.

OTOH one can simply raid the national archives and destroy documents in the midst of a 9/11 commission investigation and simply get probation and a temporary loss of security clearance.

If someone were convicted of perjuring themselves in a special prosecutors investigation of filesharing, what prison term would they get? Has their ever been such a conviction?

Im not speaking to whether Libby should do more time or not, but comparing an actual sentence for perjury to a maximum sentence for something else is silly.
