Living in farm country I see many very expensive machines at use in the fields. I know the people who operate these machines to earn a living. If I want to see who owns these machines the Sec of State has kindly provided a UCC database that is searchable by name. I merely put in the name and town of the man I know and the Sec of State gives me a list of the names of those who own his machines. This usually satisfies any urge I might have fleetingly possessed to upgrade my own machines to something more modern (but less owned).
