The SS-18 "Satan" is being put out to pasture anyway. Launching American commercial payloads into space and whatnot.

I'm guessing the Russkis would have developed the new missile no matter.

Yeah, how can Putin seriously say our deployment of a defensive missle system is offensive when he is feilding stuff like this (assuming Serb is right)?
