Computer addiction: time to change
 

I have a similar issue. I do go to work and all. But I am not as efficient as I good be (more net addiction than computer addiction).

The worst part is that I do not enjoy playing much, but while it gives me tiny pleasure, other things don't give me any pleasure at all.

I'm not addicted to world of warcraft. No worry though, i can already feel myself starting to get bored of the game. the addiction won't last long.

The other night I was doing a raid, and was up past 9:00 AM. I usually quite between 5 and 6 AM.

If all else fails, try curing the addiction with overdose. Play non-stop for 48 hours and you're bound to feel physically sick.

The problem is when you feel physically sick when you don't play. That craving. It feels like spiders crawling over you.
