-Listening to some songs of Genesis/John Adams/Requiem of Faure/Mozart, etc.. while someone is giving me a back rub.

And btw; I seriously need a back rub right now

I'd have to go with the dissolution of self and the freedom from the constant cycle of death and rebirth.

Vivid dreams are my Nirvana. Nothing in normal reality satisfies me. Even when I have a few days off and I find time to sit in a park and enjoy nature, there are always distracting thoughts crowding in to utterly destroy any peace I might attain. I think my frontal cortex is to blame or something - its continuous babble is never silenced...except when I sleep.

Then, when a beautiful dream comes, I finally am able to live purely in the moment of that experience. There are no distracting thoughts, just a pure experience - utter absorption. But then I wake up and everything is ruined again.
