It's the first I've ever heard about this, and it still seems like a good idea. It's always the problem of having your car already somewhere and now you can't drink, because you'd need a taxi home and then you need to go back in the morning to get the car back. So it's better than a regular taxi service, if you're in a situation like that, and you often are.

What could be benefitial is to first do it yourself, do it for a good few months at least. Learn all the things in it, so you know the ins and outs of the whole job and the situations. Then, recruit one or two young guys looking for an extra buck to join you, do fewer hours with the moped and focus more on organizing the two guys, pay more attention to marketing youself cheap, flyers and all kinds of stuff. See how it goes, expand and hire few more guys with the mopeds etc.

It could be profitable, especially if there's no huge competition already.
