I know it's hard (re:I watched my grandmother go through it), but don't f*ck around with this like she did. If you have an illness like this GET HELP. Stop making excuses, thinking up reasons to avoid it, or whining about this that and the other thing. Get serious help, not placebo spam pills from Teh Intertubeses.
