I have a question for You. I have original cds, but I copy files from them on my computer, so I don't have to insert a cd each time I want to listen to a song or drag dozens of cds with me everywhere. However, if I change my system, my licence is lost. How can I get rid of this problem? I don't understand. What do you use to rip your CD's?

That's why you have to rip your music in a lossless format like FLAC. Once its done, its done. If done right, you'll never have to rerip or retag your music again. After that, you can easily mass convert your songs in a lossy format like MP3, AAC or WMA. The entire point of ripping in a lossy format is to save hard drive space. |
