There's a bit of that in Korea (many buildings have no forth floor or have floors 1, 2, 3 and "F") but I haven't heard of any kind of craziness like that...

It seems pretty consistent that whatever little thing annoys me about Korea exists in comically inflated proportions in China.

7's lucky here too, but that's not such a big deal. I've heard a lot about 4 but not much about 7...
