Uninstall/reinstall?

Otherwise, delete both entries, and then just copy the Trillian shortcut to Startup.

You can preserve your tweaked settings if you don't delete the folder after uninstall - they're all in the XML in the trillian\users folder. Copy it somewhere else just to be safe.
