I say go to the gym. (two

times a week).

Other than keeping you in shape, it makes you feel good. Oh, and drink a ton of milk and eat a

lot of carbs and protein if you want to gain weight. It worked for me!

No Pancho, you are

right, never thought about that. You seem really toned so the \"skinny\" thing seems as if it cancels itself out

right?

By the way Manchorito there is always too much of a good thing, check out his kid\'s pictures, he is

15 and it looks freaky. By the way probably due to his age and hormones no great muscle mass or manliness shows up

on his neck of face....freaky eh?

That\'s it...just take care of yourself and exercise.
Stay

away from those \"instant muscles in a bottle\" crap. Just eat well and exercise.

Definition is better than bulk. A well toned 15\" bicep is fine. You do not need a 22\"

bicep to get action.

Yes, true, and your neck and face can show it to (nice shape).

For what Manchiro was

concerned about, he is having trouble because he is not confident in life and isn\'t sure of how to get a female,

not because he is skinny.

I\'d recommend he just read some books I guess (not those seductions get laid things)

and also start to not care so much about what others think. The latter will help him in a number of ways.

L-Glutamine is a great

immune-booster and, as I learned embarrassingly recently, essential for working out.

Other products to check

out: Protein powder (Myoplex), Creatine (Cell Tech, V-12), ZMA, Methoxy-7 (Methoxy Pro), Nitro Tech.

All good

stuff.

\"Isn\'t creatine just a

waste of time....makes muscles hold more water but not any stronger? And will only add 5 pounds and that will

disappear once you stop with it?\"

Recent studies have also shown that it effects the brain, keeping you

mentally sharper.

Yeah, but the

theory/science behind it is that the more water your muscles can hold for a workout, the less fatigued they get, the

longer they can work before reaching exhaustion, the quicker they can recover, and the more gains you see from your

workouts.

I\'ve never used it, though. I have a secret weapon: GRANDMA

She\'s fed me for the past few

weeks, and I gained 10 pounds and have increased all of my weights.

Too bad I\'ll be out of here soon, she\'s better than any

supplement on the market!!!

For first

<font class=\"post\">

It does not hurt, but you have to have something to say that will keep

their interest.......\"Do you want to have sex\" will not work.

(well, maybe sometimes, but not often)

Manchorito,

I

was skinny in highschool. Real skinny. Just gaining weight in my twenties was enough to improve things for me. Then

I started doing basic workouts. Nothing too stressful, just enough to make gains. And that improved things

too.

Women, even on this forum, have mentioned before that a common thing they\'ll hear their girlfriends

say is \"Nahhhh, he\'s too skinny!\" when checking out guys.

There are definitely exceptions, some women

go for toned and skinny like the good doc says, some even don\'t care what body you have. Want to improve your

chances?? Improve your manliness so to speak.

Don\'t think \"Muscle Man\". Think \"Hunk\". And move

yourself closer to that goal over time. In a realistic manner.

The doc said it: \"Take what you aleady have

and make it better...\" (The doc is stereotypically chinese today it appears.

)

Add more included features to the package.

depending on the gal

and what direction they see ya from they probly glance at your face then down your body and then your ass. If you

have a double bagger for a face then the body really doesn\'t matter? But nice arms, chest, ass don\'t hurt.

Not if you\'re rich and

can hire a couple of beefy goons to beat people up and intimidate them for you.

I have been told it would help greatly in getting women, but I would like to

know what the women on this forum feel about it.

John Holmes was

a pretty scrawny dude, but he seemed to get laid a lot.

Also, a good reason for this question is that if I am ever some place where

I can meet women like the mall, I am thinking it would be hard to \"pick up\" women that don\'t know my

personality yet, and only judge my looks.

<font class=\"post\">

Hookers might be a good

place to start. I don\'t think that they will be too judgemental about your body with regards to personal

preferences relating to sex.
