So what are the odds of meeting a nice "non-working" girls in DR that speaks a little english.

Is it like Thailand? When I was there, there were tons of working girls but it was no problem finding nice girls that just wanted to hang out. For what it's worth, I'm tall,blonde,very fit,American, etc....

I'm not really into the pay-for-play thing(although I realize we all pay one way or another! LOL!) but like going places where it's just easy to meet nice local women. Thanks!
