I think God had the best one yet today! Woke up this morning to see snow still falling, snow covered & icy slick streets, a cranky baby who didn't want to get back into a snow suit - "BUT YOU SAID I DON'T HAVE TO ANYMORE, MA!!!" and that was only the tip of the iceberg! haw haw haw I know, bad punt!

This morning, our radio station was communicating half in English, half in French...they said it was a new Canadian Broadcasting rule...guess who fell for it??? I was just a little cranky, had just barely awaken, and had to listen to all this cr*p in French... I went to e-mail them just what I thought of their new rules...April Fools...

When Robert asked me if I would be the Moderator of the DR1 General Stuff Forum I said "NO!" He pointed out that if one only "takes" in life without giving back they are a very shallow individual! I decided to "try"! My reception was "mixed" to say the least! I was hoping and trying to do my best! Lately the comments about my efforts have turned very negative and very ugly,to say the least!! The "PMs" and emails are even worse! Rather than continue to irritate so many of you,I have decided to leave my post as Moderator,and furthermore to leave DR1 for good! I have submitted my resignation to Robert,and asked that he remove the pictures of me and my family from the "Media Gallery"! I have enjoyed "meeting" sso many nice people here! I wish you all the best!Like I said,"I KNOW when I'm not wanted!!!!

I don't know how to link a photo - anyway, it's the latest picture in my album.....a photo of the massive amount of rain we got here - a lot of people lost their belongings and some lost their homes due to the damage - telephone poles were swept away, lumber from mills........it was amazing!
