Today's digital version of El Caribe, posts a story that The Spiderman, Luis Manuel Díaz de la Rosa, the fellow accused of entering the apartment of former Presidente Lionel Fernandez, supposedly to rob it, has made bail of 3000 pesos. The judge has ordered him released from Victoria prison. The sidebar to this story is after the "robbery" bugging devices were found in the Ex President's residence.

I am wondering how long this fellow will be on the street before he disappears. Regards, PJT

If he was able to jump up to 5 floors on a tower and break into Leonel's apartment and other apartments in that high security building, it would be futile to keep him in jail.
