Never mind. The link changed. It showed Hippo swearing in his new "attorney general" in front of the approving gaze of the discredited Santo Domingo District Attorney and various long-haired circus freaks - in front of a portrait of Juan Pablo Duarte none the less, who I'm sure was turning in his grave.
