Seriously, I have no idea: What would you do with bags of wheat?
I stocked up on rice.

Grind it into flour, add yeast, water, let it sit for 12 hrs then bake it. Put some in a thermos jug, boil water then pour into jug, put the lid on and leave it sit overnight. Have it for breakfast in the morning.
