Hence why I drink raw milk, raw milk cheese, and grass fed cow butter (raw).
Supplementing with capsules can help, but nothing beats getting nutrition from food itself. I'm talking about food. Real food. Real food costs a LOT of money. Not the fake shit you get in grocery stores. |

Skip the stuffing, eat more dirt!! _______
![]() http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B12 Vitamin B12.. also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin with a key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, and for the formation of blood. It is one of the eight B vitamins. It is normally involved in the metabolism of every cell of the human body, especially affecting DNA synthesis and regulation, but also fatty acid synthesis and energy production. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B12_deficiency Vitamin B12 deficiency or hypocobalaminemia is a low blood level of vitamin B12. It can cause permanent damage to nervous tissue as a long term effect. Vitamin B12 was discovered from its relationship to the disease pernicious anemia, which is an autoimmune disease that destroys parietal cells in the stomach that secrete intrinsic factor.... Vitamin B12 is produced by bacteria found in soil, meaning it can be found on unwashed organic vegetables or fruits, and occurs naturally in higher amounts in animal products (eggs, meat, milk) as the animal absorbs it by grazing in soil... Against this background, there are reasons to believe that B12 deficiency is present in a far greater proportion of the population than 39%... Masking effect of folic acid The National Institutes of Health has found that "Large amounts of folic acid can mask the damaging effects of vitamin B12 deficiency by correcting the megaloblastic anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency without correcting the neurological damage that also occurs", |

I think Morgellons disease is being distributed via Chemtrails as well.
Shami-Amourae, if you don't know about Morgellons, you should really look into it. It is the scariest shit. Non-biological fibers, that are not living at all, yet they grow. Terrifying imo. More man made diseases. Fucking NWO satanists. |

Sources of B12
http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?t...rient&dbid=107 Never heard this before: " One school emphasizes the fact that most animals, including humans, are capable of storing long-term supplies of B12. In humans, these stores may last for twenty years or longer. Given this potential for storage, a daily requirement for B12 is regarded as highly unlikely." |

What is the benefit of these tablets in terms of workout performance ? Vince Gironda, and Tom Platz swore by them back in the day. Having read a bunch of their routines, I decided to try them. Are they a miracle pill? Probably not, however I can't say they subtracted from anything, as I used to get through some pretty grueling sets with good recovery times. http://www.livestrong.com/article/28...r-supplements/ |
