If you don't about it then look it up. It says that no Jew can be trusted to honor an oath, a contract, an agreement or a promise. What religion would provide for such an evil clause as Kol Nidre? Only a destructive parasitic cancerous one. Frankly, I don't believe that any Jew can be trusted by government since duty to country is based entirely on loyalty to the Constitution without mental reservation. Kol Nidre is far more. It's carte blanche to lie, cheat, betray, embezzle and commit treason.
