That's a lipoma, a fat tumor. As a resident, I once recieved one that had to be wheeled down from the OR in a shopping cart. It weighed 60 lbs if memory serves. Here's the real kicker: it was from the patient's scrotum. Ouch! A husband of someone older I know has a huge sack (benign growth), and she always tells people beforehand so as not to stare. I'd say it's about 10 times the size of a normal pair of balls, and buddy is really self conscious about it. Holy shit it's hard not to look, as it just freaks you out, and buddy has to sit with his legs wide open. Seriously it's the hardest thing to do talking to him because you can always see these huge balls in your peripheral...LOL |

I'll never understand what makes people wait so long to do that. Imagine having a football hanging between your legs, sitting legs akimbo at a cocktail party, and telling people not to stare at your "big hanging balls." LOL Your friend has to sit with his legs apart because if he crossed his legs he would suffer a bad case of 'collitis.' |
