I would be interested to see an investigation on this judge. What relationships has he had with all the lawyers involved here?

Also, did she file discovery motions and were they honored by the judge?

Definitely needs to file a discovery motion, I'd also start researching this judges connections with Obsidian Finance Group. There's most likely a conflict of interest in this case.

Of course it has now become a presedent, where do you think that judges come from? and who are the most of lawyers?.....the only place to be able to do something about it will be in the Supreme Court, but don't count on it........why do you think Herr Hitler made changes in Germany?........we need a Herr Hitler or a Herr Ponce in this country.
