You are not regarding the spirit world. The people have rejected the Spirit of Truth and so have chosen sleep. The only cure for that is to wake them up spiritually with Words empowered by the Spirit of Truth. Such words increase faith and this faith enables them to believe in righteousness. THEN they can act.
