Default RAS 2010 - Fancy pigeons
Fancy pigeons on display... I personally think some of the mutations are quite grotesque... Not to mention stressful on the birds...

The thick 'fur' collar practically covers the birds' eyes and they walk in a very stilted motion compared to other pigeons... Poor things...

Santa Claus...?

This one looks like it has 2 pairs of wings.. 1 regular pair folded behind its back and another pair growing at its feet. Its sad to know that mutations like these are 'desirable'. This bird was considered for the reserve champion prize, if I'm not mistaken...

Well, nothing seems particularly interesting about this chook here, except the fact that it was nearly a metre tall...!! More KFC for us.. Yay!

Oh Boy! The hawks a round here would have a field day if they saw pigeons like these!

Also different. I wonder what the eggs are judged on?

Well, I suppose it is no different than dog breeding or some of those really odd goldfish with puffy eyes and cheeks. I like Santa the best though. Funny that they judge the eggs as well!
