I m glad you found something that helps you understand. I would caution, however, that there is a fairly growing trend among publishers and Television promoting misandry. Books like this could be gender neutral, IMO, as women are every bit as represented among haters as are men.
Some of the sick, misandrist books out there are sickening with titles like " How to Train your man in 21 days" and the like.
I would suggest that any man being subjected to the type of misandry exemplified by one of the most visible man hater's, Dr Phil, start reading things by Mark Rudov, Paul Elam and Tara Palmatier. Shari Schreiber has some really good stuff, as well. These folks do an excellent job at revealing the gender bias against men among psychologists and counselors.
