Yesterday morning as I was leaving the Date Tree Hotel in Indio California, a saw a caravan with obvious mules coming into the parking lot...Fiat Bravo with some cladding over a cobbled together nose. The rest was 100% Bravo. The drivers acted like they were guarding an ultra-secret Ferrari. It was pretty funny. I wonder why they even bothered to do any cladding at all? They could drive standard Bravos around and go unnoticed. I didn't snap pictures because the chase vehicle drivers were also acting like I had no right to look at the car from the vantage of my Mustang. Free world, buster! LOL. As I drove away, I thought how many of us would love to be prototype drivers, but how sucktacular it would be to get stuck testing a weezerhatch.

I wondered as to the name. Surely Caliber is dead. Dart? Neon? Omni?
